Have you seen these advertised? I just saw an ad in Bowhunting World magazine, so I checked out their website http://www.leveragetreestands.com/foundations/store/shopdetail.asp?params=5200&tab=desc1

I love my Viper XL, but I have to admit a fondness for ladder stands. Once you are in, they are the most stable stand out there. I realize that at 38 lbs., it ain't a stand to hump a 1/2 mile back in the woods unless you are 22 and in great shape. But if you hunt some private woods of medium size where you run a risk a stand theft, this may be a great deal if the price isn't that bad.

I sent them an e-mail asking about a MSRP. Their reply was:

Unfortunately, we don’t sell factory direct, so I don’t have pricing available.  Cabela’s, Gander Mt. and Sports, Inc. are a few of the stores where you can check for the Speed Ladder.  They should be available the beginning of September.

Well, slightly less. I've killed many deer out of 15' ladder stands.

Yes, height. It would be rather difficult to make a transportable ladder stand much bigger than this one that you could comfortable carry.
